Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to oversee daily operations at our surgery center. The role includes scheduling procedures, managing staff, inventory control, and ensuring QA/QI and risk management standards are met.

Qualifications include a nursing degree, current RN license, and CPR/BLS; ACLS preferred. The position emphasizes staff leadership, clinical operations, and patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State RN license.
• Current BCLS certification. ACLS certification preferred or basic EKG/arrhythmia knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the surgery center.
• Schedule procedures and manage staffing and coverage.
• Inventory control, QA/QI, risk management and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment repairs/maintenance and life-safety inspections.

Skills

Basic computer knowledge

Education
