Job summary

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in the United States is seeking an Operating Partner who can lead a polished casual to fine dining environment, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the brand’s principles.

You will drive staffing, training, and development, oversee P&L, and connect with the local community to maintain Fleming’s status as an employer of choice. A strong background in hospitality leadership and people management is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven success as a General Manager or above in a polished casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
