Job summary

Citco Group Limited is seeking a Manager for Digital Workflow, Automation & AI in Dallas to lead automation initiatives across private assets operations. You will identify processes, design target workflows, and collaborate with IT and Transformation Office to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes testing, UAT cycles, documentation, and post-implementation tracking, with a strong focus on data quality, controls, and stakeholder communication within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Exposure to automation tooling, workflow design or testing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; pursuing designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and deploy automation and digital workflow solutions.
• Map candidate processes in detail and quantify manual effort.
• Design target workflows with exception handling and controls.
• Draft requirements and documentation for IT review.
• Build and execute test scripts, run UAT, track defects to resolution.
• Support deployment with user guidance and training material.
• Track usage and benefits post go-live and report variances.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting.
