Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Operating Engineer for a leading commercial real estate and life sciences facilities organization in St. Louis, MO.

You will perform maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting and building systems, while handling tenant service requests in a CMMS environment and supporting preventative maintenance programs. The ideal candidate has strong customer service and communication skills, 5–10 years’ related experience, and EPA/CFC certification or willingness to

Qualifications

5-10 years of maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related experience.
Commercial, industrial, life sciences, laboratory, or medical office experience preferred.
EPA/CFC certification required or willingness to obtain within first year.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and building systems.
Complete tenant service requests and maintain work orders through the CMMS.
Support and implement preventative maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot building systems, including electrical, DDC, and pneumatic controls.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
