Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial facility operations, building maintenance, or engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and make independent operational decisions.
• Universal CFC EPA certification or willingness to obtain within the first year (support provided).
• Strong commercial building systems knowledge (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls) and proven vendor management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and CMMS platforms, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Our client, Commercial Facilities & Property Operations is seeking a Operating Engineer to join their team. As a Operating HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting building maintenance, system management, and tenant service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and direct others, strong decision-making skills, and the confidence to prioritize workload while coordinating with vendors and responding to tenant needs.

Pay Range: $40-$43/hr
