The OpCo Human Resources Director leads the HR function for the operating company, ensuring alignment with the overall business and Global HR strategy. This role involves being the Culture Steward, supporting and championing employee engagement, developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, HR service delivery, and talent management processes, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The CHRO is part of the Operating Company and Global HR Leadership teams. The CHRO works collaboratively with the leaders across OpCo and Global HR to define, improve and drive initiatives that support the OpCo’s growth and business strategy.
