About the Role:

As our Senior Director of HR, you'll play a critical role in shaping and advancing our culture of hyper-alignment and high performance. You'll have the unique opportunity to own everything that drives employee engagement and retention, shaping the future of our people strategy as we continue to scale. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who is passionate about creating an unparalleled employee journey. You’ll lead all facets of the employee experience, including talent development, organizational design, employee engagement, and HR operations. What We’re Looking For:

$160,000 - $180,000 a year
Compensation is anticipated to be between $160,000 and $180,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
