Job summary

Leidos, based in Reston, Virginia, seeks an Application Workflow SME to lead ECM/BPM initiatives using OpenText AppWorks and Content Server. Onsite in the DC metro area with US citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust.

This full-time role requires 10+ years in Health IT and ECM/BPM, including NARA/DoDI 5015.02 experience. You will analyze requirements, advise on best-use of COTS products, and collaborate on workflow improvements, UI wireframes, and upgrade cadences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master’s degree desirable.
• 10+ years of Health IT and secure ECM/BPM implementation experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in ECM/BPM products with OpenText AppWorks and Content Server.
• Advise Government and technical teams on optimal use and upgrade cadence.
• Assess impact of new workflow requirements and support effort estimates.
• Collaborate with functional teams to improve workflows, UI, and data models.
• Support records management in line with NARA/DoDI 5015.02.
