Job summary

B&A is seeking a System Architect to support the Defense Health Agency CBIS program. You will lead the architecture of OpenText-based ECM/BPM platforms hosted in AWS GovCloud, integrating with DoD and VA partner systems to support service members and families.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise content management, CISSP certification, and strong leadership to guide engineering and security activities in a National Capital Region setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or MIS required.
• 8+ years of experience with automated enterprise content management systems.
• CISSP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in ECM/BPM products and their integrations.
• Architect interfaces and data exchanges across DoD/VA.
• Lead architecture for technology modernization and security controls RMF/ATO.
