Job summary

Culver’s in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Porter/Restaurant Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and upkeep of our restaurant and equipment. You will ensure openings run smoothly, perform maintenance, and keep the facility clean and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, and able to lift up to 75 pounds. On-the-job training and a team-oriented environment are provided to help you grow with Culver’s.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and be able to work independently or with a team.
• Excellent communication skills and reliable attendance.

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates job duties with opening team members for smooth daily opening.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and as per calendar.
• Provides superior maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintains appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Handles food storage duties: stocking, rotation in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas.
• Monitors shelf life and code dates of products.
• Maintains working knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
