Culver’s is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist in the United States (Michigan). The role supports daily operations by preparing the restaurant for opening, maintaining equipment, and keeping the facility clean and presentable.

Teamwork, reliability, and physical stamina are essential. Porters help ensure a smooth dining experience by managing inventory, safeguarding food quality, and following the equipment maintenance calendar.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening duties with team members for smooth operations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment according to calendar.
• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of the restaurant.
• Keep building and grounds clean and orderly, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Store food properly; rotate stock in coolers and dry storage.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates; ensure equipment knowledge is current.
