Culver’s in Marinette, WI is seeking a Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurants and equipment in top condition. You’ll support opening duties, maintain equipment, stock and inspect areas, and help sustain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

We value reliability, teamwork, and hands-on maintenance. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work both independently and with a team to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates job duties with opening team members to ensure efficient opening.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
• Provides maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintains appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Stores food properly and rotates stock in coolers and dry storage.
• Monitors shelf life and code dates.
• Maintains knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
