Job summary

Culver's in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurants and equipment in top shape.

You will perform routine maintenance on all restaurant equipment, assist with opening duties, and help maintain the interior and exterior of the building.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with lifting up to 75 pounds and physical tasks.
• Reliability and motivation to maintain restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate duties with opening team to ensure smooth open.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment safely.
• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Keep building and grounds in good condition including landscaping and snow removal.
• Stock rotation and food order handling in coolers and storage areas.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates of ingredients.
• Operate and troubleshoot restaurant equipment as needed.
• Complete all scheduled maintenance tasks.
