Culver’s is looking for a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to help ensure our locations open smoothly each day. Porters keep the restaurant and equipment in top condition and support a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates job duties with opening team members to prepare for opening.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment per calendar.
• Maintains interior and exterior appearance of the restaurant.
• Maintains building and grounds including landscaping and snow removal.
• Stock rotation and food orders in coolers and storage areas.
• Monitors shelf life and code dates.
• Operates and maintains restaurant equipment knowledge.
