Job summary

Crumbl in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an motivated Opening Shift Lead to start the day at 6:30am and work until early afternoon. You will help run daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth service during your shift.

Responsibilities include creating shift schedules, handling no-shows, delegating tasks, and reporting issues to the store manager. You will also coach new staff and monitor performance to keep the workflow efficient.

This "Opening Shift Lead" position scheduled shifts will start at 6:30am and work until 1-2pm.

We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the manager.

To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.
