Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Georgia is hiring Shift Leads and Managers to join a fun, fast-paced team. We offer flexible hours from 15 to 40 per week and both full-time and part-time shifts to fit your schedule.

You will lead guest experiences, support team members, help with scheduling, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. Prior restaurant or customer service experience and a high school diploma are preferred. Expect growth opportunities and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older to apply.
• 1–2 years of restaurant, management, or customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great leadership and communication skills.
• Able to lift or move 50 lbs.
• Food Handlers Permit.
• Available to work scheduled shifts, including some weekends and holidays.
