PLEASE NOTE: This is a Baker position for Crumbl Cookies Boca Raton location 2200 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL, 33431. This position will receive $14 to $16 an hour including tips. Most in person interviews will be held at Crumbl West Palm Beach location: 721 Village Blvd ste 107B, West Palm Beach, FL 33409.

We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to the manager.

To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top shift leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.
