Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Greet Team Member for opening shifts. You will be the first friendly face for members, guests and vendors, delivering excellent customer service and promoting club features as the face of the facility.

You must be morning-available, handle cash, answer calls promptly, conduct club walks, provide tours, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will work with the Greet Team Manager to support sales goals and ensure a positive member

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer service-oriented position.
• Minimum of one year cash handling experience.
• Demonstrate ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner.
• Verify membership status and respond accordingly to questions, concerns, etc.
• Work with Greet Team Manager to achieve club sales goals.
• Answer and/or direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Conduct periodic club walks to ensure a clean and safe facility.
• Accurately process money transactions.
• Place calls to prospective members regarding new promotions.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.
• Communicate all club concerns and member inquiries to management daily.
• Provide tours for prospective members.
