Job summary

Defined Fitness Inc. is seeking a Greet Team Member for our Albuquerque club. This full-time role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, greeting members, and driving club sales while handling cash and assisting with tours.

The position requires a year of customer service experience, cash handling, and CPR/AED certification within 45 days. Applicants should be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service-oriented position.
• Minimum of one (1) year cash handling experience.
• Demonstrate ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products, such as ABC and GymSales.
• Valid CPR/AED certification (including infant and child) within the first 45 days of employment and maintain throughout employment.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a professional, courteous, and pleasant manner.
• Verify membership status and respond accordingly to questions, concerns, etc.
• Work with Greet Team Manager to achieve club sales goals.
• Answer and/or direct all incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Conduct periodic club walks to ensure a clean and safe facility.
• Accurately process money transactions.
• Place calls to prospective members regarding new promotions.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.
• Communicate all club concerns and member inquiries to management daily.
• Provide tours for prospective members.
