Job summary

Defined Fitness is seeking a Greet Team Lead in Albuquerque, NM to bridge hourly staff with leadership, and to enhance member satisfaction and retention. You will lead by example, promote our CORE values, and ensure club readiness daily.

The role emphasizes sales through tours and memberships, strong communication, and balancing POS while maintaining a welcoming club environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• One year tenure with Defined Fitness Greet Team preferred.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical aptitude to improve operations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Leadership and organizational skills to motivate and delegate.
• Valid CPR/AED certification within 45 days of employment.
• Advanced cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with friendly greetings at check-in and prompt service.
• Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and notify supervisor.
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner.
• Register telephone inquiries into the Master Production Tracker.
• Transfer calls for personal training to fitness consultants.
• Audit inquiries to ensure appointments are booked correctly.
• Onboard new members and support retention strategies.
