Job summary

Culver’s in Brandon, FL is hiring a Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician. You’ll help keep our restaurant and equipment in tip-top condition to deliver a great dining experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with opening team, performing scheduled maintenance, keeping building and grounds clean and safe, rotation of stock, and monitoring dates. On-the-job training offered; uniforms provided; meal discounts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates duties with opening team to ensure efficient opening.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
• Provides superior maintenance to restaurant interior and exterior.
• Maintains appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Puts food orders away and rotates stock in coolers and storage areas.
• Monitors shelf life and code dates.
• Maintains a working knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
