Job summary

Culver’s is seeking a Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurants and equipment in top condition. The role includes opening responsibilities, routine maintenance, and ensuring a clean, well‑stocked restaurant environment.

You will work as part of a team to support daily operations, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities for career development. This is a full‑time position with competitive wages and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates job duties around opening team members to ensure efficient opening preparation.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the calendar.
• Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain a working knowledge of operation of restaurant equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
