Job summary

Culver’s is looking for a Porter / Restaurant Maintenance Technician to help keep our restaurants and equipment in top condition. You’ll open each day, support opening teams, and ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

This role covers maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and safety; on-the-job training is provided, uniforms are free, and you can grow with our career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates opening duties with the team to prepare for opening.
• Performs scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and according to the maintenance calendar.
• Provide maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Put food orders away and rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment.
