Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality and food safety. You will guide Team Members to greet guests with genuine smiles and maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to manage cash handling, menu explanations, and compliance with standards. Physical tasks and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must have a cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Values teamwork and collaboration to deliver great guest experiences.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bojangles quality and safety standards by following procedures, maintaining temperature logs, and managing waste.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure flawless execution of Bojangles standards.
• Handle payments from guests accurately and make correct change.
• Explain menu items and answer guests’ questions to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
