Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide excellent service.
• Manage opening or closing shifts and team supervision.
• Take orders, input accurately, and upsell menu items.
• Prepare and serve food per brand recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and proper sanitation in the restaurant.
• Handle cash, sales, and inventory records accurately.
• Address guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Assist with training new team members and station coverage.
