Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to manage one or more opening and/or closing shift(s).
• Dependable and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and provide excellent guest service.
• Take and process orders, and provide directions when needed.
• Prepare and serve food following brand recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant environment.
• Assist with cash handling, sales records, and inventory control.
• Train new team members and address guest concerns.
• Handle banking, product transfers, and related duties.
