Job summary

Dunkin’ in Richmond is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to help prepare food and beverages, greet guests, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

You will arrive in the early morning hours (3:00 AM–4:30 AM) to set up for opening, handle orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter, and ensure accuracy and speed of service while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes following brand standards and safety procedures, teamwork, and effective communication with managers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Arrive during the hours of 3AM-4:30AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Prepare the business for opening each morning; this includes brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers.
• Bake bagels.
• Finish (meaning filling and frosting) donuts to be put on display for guests to purchase.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
