Job summary

Dunkin’ in Richmond, VA is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to assist with food and beverage preparation according to Dunkin’ standards, deliver friendly guest service, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

You will set up the restaurant for opening, bake bagels, finish donuts, assemble orders, and take Drive-Thru or Front Counter orders, while ensuring accuracy and speed of service. This role requires teamwork and reliable early hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Arriving during the hours of 3AM-4:30AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures
• Prepare food and beverages
• Prepare the business for opening each morning; this includes brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers
• Bake bagels
• Finish (fill and frost) donuts for display
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Overview:

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems


• Follow food safety standards


• Arriving during the hours of 3AM-4:30AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures.


• Prepare food and beverages


• Prepare the business for opening each morning; this includes brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers.


• Bake bagels


• Finish (meaning filling and frosting) donuts to be put on display for guests to purchase


• Assemble and package orders


• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions


• Maintain a clean and organized workstation


• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas


• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation


• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)


• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests


• Serve and communicate with guests


• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant


• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers


• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
