Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Restaurant Team Member in Richmond, VA to prepare food and beverages, follow Dunkin’ standards, and deliver great guest service. You will help open the restaurant, maintain a clean workstation, and assist with drive-thru and front-counter orders.

This role emphasizes teamwork, speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Arrive during 3AM-4:30AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures
• Prepare food and beverages
• Prepare the business for opening each morning; this includes brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers
• Bake bagels
• Finish (meaning filling and frosting) donuts to be put on display for guests to purchase
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
