Job summary

Jobtailor is recruiting for a one-year program focused on on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technology in the United States. Participants will join the FASTER onboarding program, learn Red Hat’s portfolio, and gain hands-on experience with enterprise IT solutions.

Candidates should be passionate about open source, have strong technical foundations, and be prepared for regular travel to customer sites and Red Hat offices while pursuing industry certifications.

Qualifications

• Open source passion and desire to build a career in tech.
• Strong technical skills in CS/IT/AI or related fields from academic or training programs.
• Demonstrated experience applying technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills on an IT project.
• Motivation to engage in self-directed learning on new technologies.
• Experience with Red Hat products or related Open Source technologies preferred.
• Exposure to Python or Bash scripting is a plus.
• Exposure to Java or Go is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and Red Hat offices.

Responsibilities

• Support the on-site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat technology.
• Apply technical skills to meaningful customer projects and job shadowing opportunities.
• Shadow and assist experienced Services Delivery team members.
• Learn enterprise-level solution architecture processes and tools.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and local Red Hat offices.
