Job summary

Red Hat in the United States is offering the 10-month FASTER Program for onboarding and developing technical careers in Cloud, Automation, and AI. Participants will gain hands-on experience, certifications, and exposure to enterprise solution architecture.

The role includes co-facilitating customer discussions, shadowing senior architects, and supporting product adoption while traveling to customer sites and working both in Red Hat offices and remotely.

Qualifications

• Interest in open source technology and building a tech career.
• Strong technical foundation in computing, IT, AI, or related fields.
• Experience applying analytical, problem-solving skills in IT projects.
• Motivation for self-directed learning on new technologies.
• Experience with Red Hat products or related OSS preferred.
• Scripting with Python or Bash is a plus; Java or Go a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to meet client goals.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in-person or remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 10-month FASTER Program, a comprehensive onboarding and development program.
• Participate in structured training and attain industry-recognized certifications.
• Build hands-on skills spanning Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions.
• Present standard technical content and support workshops.
• Co-facilitate customer discussions to gather actionable technical insights.
• Shadow senior architects to learn how engagements are run and documented.
• Advance product adoption and drive product consumption.
• Develop practical understanding of enterprise solution architecture and tools.
• Identify technical blockers and deliver customer value.
• Participate in customer engagements and architecture reviews.
• Partner with account teams to educate customers and prove platform value.
