Job summary

Diagrid, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to rapidly understand customer needs and design open-source based solutions using Diagrid technology. You will demo products, build PoCs in multiple languages, and guide customers through cloud-native architectures.

You will work with prospective customers using Dapr in their solutions, onboarding brownfield or greenfield apps, and you will provide architecture guidance and feedback to product and sales teams. Remote-friendly startup culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
• Solid understanding of computer science principles with a focus on distributed systems.
• Solid developer experience in at least one of Java, .NET or Go.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and design solutions using open source and Diagrid technologies.
• Onboard prospective customers to Diagrid products and deliver customer demos and PoCs.
• Provide architecture guidance on cloud-native technologies.
• Collaborate with sales to prove out Dapr opportunities and relay customer feedback to product.
• Be the voice of the customer to influence product features and strategy.
