Diagrid is seeking a Customer Engineer to understand and address customer needs through innovative solutions using open-source technologies. This role involves onboarding clients to Diagrid Cloud and providing architectural guidance on cloud-native applications.

Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, with strong skills in programming languages and cloud architecture. A remote-first work environment is offered along with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience in designing and building enterprise applications.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by designing and implementing solutions.
• Create and deliver customer demos and PoCs.
• Work closely with product teams to scope features.
