Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a current WSU student (full-time or part-time).
• Customer service experience required.
• Basic understanding of computing hardware, operating systems, networking and coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software and printer issues in Windows PCs and Macs.
• Imaging Windows and Mac computers.
• Apply regular software updates to lab computers on a weekly basis.
• Provide technical support to Open Student Computer Labs staff via Discord, email, and phone.
