Capital District Physicians' Health Plan Inc is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to handle government programs, small to large employer group enrollments, and member inquiries. You will ensure accurate processing, coordinate with internal teams, and uphold HIPAA privacy standards in a busy health plan environment.

The role includes handling group enrollments, renewals, and member movements across multiple systems, with emphasis on timely responses and quality service.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with enrollment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Process and maintain group and member enrollments using enrollment systems.
• Respond to inquiries from brokers, members, and employers within SLA.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve enrollment issues and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain member privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in training and supporting team members as needed.
