Job summary

You will oversee portfolio growth, analyze labor market needs, and coordinate enrollment strategies with marketing, recruitment, and partners to improve participation, outcomes, and program sustainability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Workforce Development, or a related field.
• 4 years of business development, strategic account management, or workforce solutions experience.
• 3 years of required experience with managing budgets, comprehensive projects, and knowledge of evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Grow Texas State Technical College's lifelong learning portfolio within an assigned campus, service area, or region.
• Develop and manage relationships with community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, workforce development entities, and other referral partners to create sustainable student pipelines and expand access to open enrollment programs.
• Analyze local and regional workforce needs, labor market trends, employer demand, student interests, and industry developments to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and institutional partners to develop and execute outreach and enrollment strategies that increase participation and expand awareness of Open Enrollment programs.
• Coordinate across campuses and departments to support consistent execution of open enrollment initiatives and achievement of enrollment, workforce development, and student success objectives.
