Job summary

Qualifications

• . Must have an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Workforce Development, or related field.
• . 4 years of business development, strategic account management, or workforce solutions experience.
• . 3 years of required experience with managing budgets, comprehensive projects, and evaluation methods.
• . Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience developing continuing education or open enrollment programs.
• . Experience developing community partnerships and student recruitment pipelines.
• . Relevant experience may substitute for a degree in certain cases.

Responsibilities

• Owns open enrollment portfolio management with enrollment growth, revenue, and program performance.
• Develops partnerships with community-based and government organizations to build student pipelines.
• Analyzes labor market trends to identify portfolio growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with marketing and institutional partners to expand outreach and enrollment.
• Coordinates across campuses to ensure consistent execution of open enrollment initiatives.
• Maintains accurate data in CRM and institutional systems for reporting.
