Job summary

Texas State Technical College is seeking an Open Enrollment Manager to grow the lifelong learning portfolio within a defined campus or region. The role builds relationships with community-based and workforce-development partners to expand access to noncredit and credit offerings and raise enrollment and student outcomes.

You will analyze labor market needs, coordinate enrollment strategies with marketing and recruiting teams, and ensure program readiness across campuses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Workforce Development, or related field.
• 4 years of business development or workforce solutions experience.
• 3 years of experience managing budgets and large projects.

Responsibilities

• Grow lifelong learning portfolio across campus, service area, or region.
• Develop and manage partnerships with community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, workforce development entities, and other referral partners.
• Analyze local and regional workforce needs, labor market trends, and employer demand to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, recruitment, and institutional partners to develop outreach and enrollment strategies.
