Job summary

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester in Manchester, NH seeks an Open Access Program Coordinator to lead intake services, supervise master’s-level clinicians, and ensure high-quality assessment and referral across lifespan clients.

You will coordinate with courts, providers, and community partners to promote coordinated care and timely access to behavioral health services, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling, education/counseling, or related field.
• Active independent clinical licensure (e.g., LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT) required.
• Experience with clinical assessment, diagnosis, and disposition planning.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis.
• Experience supervising clinicians and/or licensure-track staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and diagnostic supervision for master’s-level clinicians.
• Oversee open access operations to ensure timely access and accurate documentation.
• Supervise staff evaluating risk, level of care needs, and disposition decisions.
• Oversee Community Connections Mental Health Court Program activities and collaborations.
• Serve as liaison between internal programs, courts, and community providers.
• Monitor outcomes, compliance with policies, and program quality.
• Participate in Quality Improvement and staff training related to intake and access.
