Job summary

The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc in Manchester, NH is seeking an Open Access Program Coordinator to lead intake services and oversee community-based programs. This full-time role supervises master’s-level clinicians and ensures high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and referrals.

You will serve as a liaison with courts, treatment providers, and community organizations to promote coordinated care and timely access to behavioral health services, while participating in quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or related field.
• Active independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LCMHC/LMFT or equivalent).
• Experience with clinical assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment recommendations, crisis/risk assessment, and disposition planning.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and differential diagnosis.
• Experience with court diversion programs, mental health court, or justice-involved populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for master’s-level clinicians.
• Oversee intake/open-access program operations for timely access and proper triage.
• Supervise clinicians in evaluating risk, need for level of care, and disposition.
• Oversee Community Connections Mental Health Court Program activities and outcomes.
• Coordinate with courts, providers and community partners to enable coordinated care.
• Monitor program outcomes and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and process improvements.
• Provide consultation to staff and stakeholders on intake, diversion pathways, and access to treatment.
• Contribute to education, outreach, and licensure supervision as needed.
