Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Manager for Support Services, Access Center & Intake to supervise staff, coordinate clinical operations, and drive efficient access to mental health services. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination across teams, and strengthening service delivery.

The position emphasizes staff training, data reporting, and collaboration with leadership to implement program improvements and ensure customer satisfaction across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree with 2+ years of medical practice/supervision.
• Or a high school diploma with 8 years of medical practice/supervision.
• Experience with private and public insurance preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Provides personnel management and supervision.
• Exhibits leadership to promote productivity and teamwork.
• Coordinates operations within clinical staff and program services.
• Provides training for staff.
