Qualifications

• Active state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience conducting mental health assessments and intakes preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open-access environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct same-day/open-access mental health intakes and assessments.
• Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and clinical documentation.
• Assess risk, including suicidality and safety concerns, and respond appropriately.
• Determine level of care and make internal and external referrals.
