Job summary

Rockwood Leadership Institute is seeking a Resource Development Manager to lead grant writing, administration, and donor relations. You will collaborate with program, finance, and leadership to secure ongoing support and expand funding from foundations and individuals.

You should bring 3–5 years in fundraising, strong writing/editing skills, and experience with Salesforce. The role features a 32-hour, Monday–Thursday workweek and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fundraising or foundation support experience.
• Direct grant writing experience is required.
• Experience meeting the pace of a growing fundraising team.
• Knowledge of philanthropic trends and foundations.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive grant writing, administration, and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Rockwood in written and verbal communications.
• Develop compelling impact statements and case statements.
• Manage grant renewal schedules and funding from current foundations.
• Collaborate with program and finance teams for budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain grant calendars and donor appeals campaigns.
• Track engagement in Salesforce and prepare reports.
