West Monroe is seeking Consulting Interns to join our Organization, People & Change (OPC) Practice. As an OPC Consulting Intern, you will help clients maximize business transformations, AI-oriented strategies, technology implementations, and transactions by redesigning organizations, transforming work and workforces, modernizing HR, and enabling new ways of working.

Responsibilities

Support client opportunities by developing and executing change management initiatives and workforce transformation engagements.
Document stakeholder interviews and analyze impacts of transformational initiatives to guide decisions.
Develop client deliverables such as presentations, agendas, and learning materials for readiness and adoption.
Synthesize data sources to produce client-ready deliverables and drive meaningful conversations.
Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to develop recommendations and business cases.
