Job summary

West Monroe seeks Consulting Interns to join the Organization, People & Change (OPC) Practice. As an OPC Consulting Intern, you will help clients maximize value from transformations, AI-oriented strategies, technology implementations, and transactions by redesigning organizations, work and workforce, modernizing HR, and enabling people to adopt new ways of working.

The OPC practice helps clients accelerate outcomes by transforming organizations, redefining work and workforce strategies,

Qualifications

GPA 3.0 or higher.
Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Reside within 50 miles of the assigned office and able to travel up to 50%.
Expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.

Responsibilities

Support client opportunities by developing and executing change management initiatives and work and workforce transformation engagements.
Document stakeholder interviews, perform analyses, and guide strategic decisions.
Create client deliverables such as presentations, agendas, and learning materials.
Synthesize data from multiple sources to enable actionable recommendations.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to develop insights and value for clients.
