Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Data & Analytics Consulting Intern to join the Data & Analytics team within the TechEx Practice. The role focuses on extracting actionable insights from data through analytics, data science, and data engineering, combining business acumen with technical problem-solving.

You will work with SQL, Python, PySpark, and R to perform end-to-end data science workflows, create dashboards, and support client deliverables in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between 2027 and 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Residence within 50 miles of the assigned office and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives to understand needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Work with project teams to deliver valuable outcomes.
• Initiate and complete project tasks under guidance.
• Evaluate and document client business processes and requirements.
• Develop and test hypotheses using data science methods to derive insights.
• Assist in creating business cases and strategic recommendations.
