Job summary

West Monroe is seeking Data & Analytics Consulting Interns in the United States to join our TechEx Practice. You will combine business insight with technical problem-solving to deliver data-driven solutions using SQL, Python, PySpark, and R.

Expect collaboration with executives, project teams, and a hybrid work setup while developing reports in Tableau/Power BI. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA, be eligible to work in the US, live within 50 miles of an office, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Aug 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future (OPT/H-1B/TN).
• Reside within 50 miles of assigned office; hybrid work model.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; travel expenses covered by West Monroe.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows with strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client executives and team members to understand needs and propose data-driven solutions.
• Deliver valuable outcomes with project team members.
• Initiate and complete tasks under management guidance.
• Evaluate and document client business processes and requirements.
• Develop and test investment hypotheses using data science methods.
• Create detailed business cases and strategic recommendations.
