Responsibilities include developing staff safety monitoring, managing medical records, processing billing reports, coordinating referrals, and scheduling appointments with psychiatrists. This role requires a high school diploma, NYS driver’s license, and strong organizational

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with medical records and billing support is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and track data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track staff safety monitoring system with check-ins.
• Manage medical records and support daily staff communication.
• Facilitate monthly billing reporting and insurance eligibility tasks.
• Coordinate referrals, intake, treatment, and discharge process.
• Triage main ACT phone line and direct callers appropriately.
