Gap Inc is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Specialist to coordinate onsite campus operations in New York. You will manage maintenance, vendor relationships, event support, and workplace services, acting as the primary point of contact for employees and business partners.

Formación

• 3+ years of workplace operations, facilities, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with service request platforms and vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite coordination for facilities, corporate operations, building operations, conference services, vendor management, and workplace programs in the New York campus.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, business partners, vendors, Engineering, Security, Facilities Planning, Global Events, and building management.
• Coordinate service requests, workplace projects, event support, maintenance activities, and operational readiness initiatives.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities and manage facility service requests.
• Monitor campus appearance, code compliance, storage areas, and operational standards.
• Coordinate conference room reservations, room configurations, and audiovisual requirements.
• Support executive meetings, town halls, conferences, and workplace events.
• Partner with Global Events, Catering, and Technology teams to deliver successful events.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, workplace documentation, and operational metrics.
