Qualifikationen

• Minimum eight years of related facilities experience and four years of supervisory experience.

• Knowledge of CAFM, BMS and related facilities management software.

• Supervise the evening shift and manage by ensuring operational needs are met.
• Oversee ~25 staff including internal and external personnel.
• Coordinate event breakdowns, room resets, mail and supply support.
• Ensure timely responses to service requests and escalate as needed.
• Monitor time, attendance, overtime and timesheets for accuracy.
• Enforce firm policies and serve as go‑to for attendance and scheduling questions.
